• Admission comes with a meal. The meal consists of a choice of a hamburger, a hot dog, or a slice of cheese pizza, accompanied by chips and soda.

• Season Pass holders receive free entry and have the option to purchase the meal at a special rate.

TICKET need-to-knows

TICKETS ARE NOT DELIVERED. Tickets purchased online must be printed at home and brought to the Greeter in exchange for entrance into the park. A screenshot of the digital ticket can also be accepted so long as all of the information is captured within the screenshot.

Heads up: your confirmation email alone won’t get you in — it doesn’t include the entry barcode. Please open the ticket link in your confirmation to display the mobile barcode or bring a printed ticket.

*Senior Tickets can only be purchased in person at our ticket window with proof of age. Online purchasing is not available for a Senior ticket.

ticket refunds

Day tickets are only usable/valid within the season they are purchased. Refunds for unused purchased tickets must be processed /completed before the end of the season in which they were purchased and must be accompanied by a valid receipt.

There are no refunds due to inclement weather, ride closures, natural disasters, or a pandemic.

The infant pass provides convenience and speedy entry. Infants (Age 0 - 2) are always free; however, without an infant season pass, you must obtain a free infant day pass from the ticket window every time.

Should you lose your pass during the season, you can replace it at the ticket window.

SEASON PASS need-to-knows

ONLINE PURCHASES: Season passes will not be delivered. Passes must be collected at the ticket window when your photo is taken. Please bring a printed copy of your Season Pass, which you can access via the link in your confirmation email.

Season Passes are only valid for the season in which they are purchased. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Bring-a-Friend-for-Free day passes issued with eligible Season Passes are valid only for the year they are issued. They are non‑transferable, not for resale, and have no cash value.

IN-PERSON PURCHASES FOR THOSE UNDER AGE 18: A Parent or Legal Guardian must sign the Season Pass Contract if you are purchasing in person at the ticket window.

season pass refunds

A Season Pass is activated when the office issues a pass card with the passholder’s name and/or photo. Once activated, passes are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.

Inactivated passes may be refunded until the day before the start of the current season; after the season begins, no refunds will be issued. Inactivated passes may be carried over to the following year if you arrange it with the office before the end of the current operating season. No refunds will be given for inclement weather, ride closures, natural disasters, pandemic or government shut down once the season has started.
