KEEP YOUR MONEY SAFE and DRY!

Splash Cash is an easy and convenient way to keep you and the kids cash‑free while enjoying the rides and slides. Simply load funds onto your Season or Day Pass in any amount and feel confident knowing there’s no need to carry cash or cards while at the Park. Your wallet/valuables can be locked up in a locker or a place you feel is safe.

Splash Cash can be used parkwide at the Beach Club Café, the Gift Shop, Snow Shack, and Tiki Hut.

REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SPLASH CASH

At the end of your visit, any unused Splash Cash remaining on your day pass can be refunded. To claim your refund, please bring your pass to the office and present it to the staff, who will assist with the transaction. Remember, you must have your pass with you—refunds cannot be processed without the barcode number. Refunds will be issued only to the original form of payment used for the purchase.  

FORGOT TO REQUEST A REFUND AT THE END OF YOUR VISIT

Don’t worry if you miss the office when leaving. Simply hold onto your pass, as your remaining balance will stay active. You can use the Splash Cash again on a future visit, or have it refunded later by stopping by the ticket office during operating hours to request your refund.

HANDLING MULTIPLE DAY PASSES WITH BALANCES

If you end your visit with more than one pass containing Splash Cash, you have options: Visit the office and either refund the balances from all passes, or combine the balances onto a single Splash Cash card for future use.

SEASON PASSES AND END-OF-SEASON BALANCES

If at the end of the season, you have a season pass or passes with remaining balances, you have options: Carry it over to the following season when you purchase your next season pass/passes. Come to the office and have them all refunded or combine balances onto a single Splash Cash card for future use.

If you decide to carry the balance over to the next season, when you purchase and come to pick up your next pass, you must let the office know you have a previous balance from the prior year. Park staff will happily transfer any remaining balance to your new season pass (Pre-season photo days are a recommended time to do this, as it saves time for everyone).
