Try our exclusive shaded birthday area, pre‑decorated for party fun (see birthday FAQ below). Sit back and relax while the kids play — your party area is reserved all day from 11:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. daily (not just a 2 hour reservation like other venues).Order pizza and unlimited sodas at check‑in, and drop off your cake or cupcakes — we’ll bring everything out at your requested time. Your only job is to have fun; we’ll take care of the rest!
Want something more private or customized? Rent a cabana and move your party there. Surprise your kiddo with a favorite theme or decorations — all cabanas include a cabana server for your convenience. Cabana service for non pre-ordered items is from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Start your birthday reservation
To start your reservation, press "START A RESERVATION". From there, you will move through the process using the "Next Steps" buttons. Once you reach the page with "Add-On Items" (where you can add additional guests admission tickets, food items or splash cash to your booking), you MUST PRESS "FINISH RESERVATION" at the bottom of the add-ons page in order to officially add the birthday party to your cart.

By booking a birthday party you agree to adhere to all Park Rules, Terms and Conditions, Policies and Regulations. Download a copy of the Terms and Conditions HERE.
THE BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGE
Admission for 8 people including the birthday celebrant.
Reserved seating in the birthday party area located on the left side of the Cowabunga Beach wave pool.
Discounted rates on certain food and drinks.
A spin on the “Free Gift Wheel” for the birthday celebrant. The corresponding gift will be given.
RESERVATIONS/CANCELLATIONS/DATE CHANGE
Birthday party reservations are for a minimum amount of 8 people.
Birthday party reservations must be made online or in person. Reservations are not taken by phone or email.
Party hours: 11:00 a.m.–5:45 p.m.
An alternate birthday area may be assigned depending on the number of bookings that day.
Party reservations do not include a cabana, daybed. These may be rented separately.
Cancellations or date changes must be made at least 24 hours prior by calling the office during business hours and speaking directly to staff to avoid a date change fee– voice messages are not accepted as a cancellation.
Same day date changes fees are $25.
CREDIT CARD CHARGES/FEES/INCIDENTALS
A credit card is required to make a reservation online and for charging incidentals, damage, or excessive cleaning.
Fees for incidentals, damage, or excessive cleaning will be determined by the Manager on Duty.
Payment must be made in a single form; split or individual payments are not accepted.
No discounts, discount codes, or coupons may be applied to the Birthday Party Package.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Outside food and beverages are prohibited in the park except for specialty items for a birthday party; violators may be ejected without refund or credit.
SPECIALTY ITEMS
Select birthday party specialty items are allowed to be brought into the park with your reservation such as decorations, cakes, cupcakes, desserts. These items must be made known to the office upon arrival.
Cakes, Cupcakes, Desserts
WaterWorks Park will store your edible specialty items until you are ready to consume.
WaterWorks Park is not responsible for any incident or damage to specialty items that may occur during the storage period.
If a specialty item is brought into WaterWorks Park, the park is not responsible for any allergic reactions or food‑borne illness, including reactions related to park‑served food. Once outside food is served, the cause of any illness cannot be determined.
Decorations – The party area is pre-decorated in a Hawaiian/luau theme.
Additional decorations are permitted.
Themed tableware is permitted
No latex balloons, confetti, glitter or confetti/glitter filled balloons are permitted.
CHECK-IN
Check in at the Greeter Station upon arrival. The party will not begin until check-in is complete.
BEHAVIOR / SMOKING / VAPING / BAG CHECKS
We reserve the right to inspect bags, packages, and all guest areas when a violation of Park Rules is suspected.
Smoking/vaping is prohibited in the park; smoking/vaping will result in a $50 charge. To smoke/vape, guests must use the in-and-out privileges by obtaining a stamp at the greeter station and exiting the park.
No rough housing, cake throwing or food fights are permitted.
REFUNDS
You may change the date or cancel up until the day before your reservation for a full refund at no charge. To do so, you must call the office during office hours and speak with staff in person and provide the credit card used for the rental. Allow 7–10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
If you call on the day of your reservation, no refund will be issued. You may move your reservation to another available day for a $25 fee. If you later cancel that rescheduled date, no refund will be issued.
No refunds will be issued for “No-show” reservations.
The birthday party package is for 8 people. No refunds will be issued if less people show up on the day of the reservation.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
We understand that bad weather can occur, but it is the responsibility of the person who made the birthday reservation to monitor weather conditions for a booked date.
No refunds will be given after check‑in should the weather turn.
If the park cancels operations or your reservation due to severe weather, natural disaster, or public health emergency, we will provide a full refund or offer to reschedule your reservation; please contact the office for assistance.
Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without warning.
BIRTHDAY PARTY FAQ’s
Can I have my birthday party in a cabana instead of the birthday area?
Yes. Book a cabana online for the day of your party and tell staff in advance that you’d like to move the party there (subject to availability). Cabana reservations do not include party discounts.Is the birthday area a private space?
The birthday area is semi‑private and shared. Two large shaded tents are located by the wave pool. Each table seats 8–10 people; you receive one table for every 8–10 guests. To view the location, click here for the Park Map.Is the admission for 8 people just for kids?
No. Admission applies to all guests — adults and children. The birthday guest must be included in your total head count.Can I add additional pizza or drinks after booking?
Yes. You can add extra pizza or drinks during check‑in the day of your party, or at any time during the party subject to availability.Are parents allowed to drop off their kids?
Yes. We offer 15‑minute drop‑off passes. You must leave a phone or keys at check‑in as collateral. If you exceed the 15‑minute window, you will be charged a day ticket.Can I bring my own decorations?
Yes. The birthday area is pre‑decorated in a Hawaiian/luau theme, but you may bring additional decorations and themed tableware. No latex balloons, confetti, glitter or confetti/glitter‑filled balloons are allowed.Can I bring my own food or drinks?
No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for a cake or cupcakes for the event. In/out privileges and an outside eating area are available if you need to store food items in your car. We do recommend renting a locker for valuables.
