WaterWorks Park offers a variety of seasonal jobs that are sure to make for an exciting and memorable summer.

You will have an opportunity to gain valuable work experience, make friends, learn about teamwork, communication, leadership, and more. WaterWorks Park hires approximately 150 seasonal employee´s to work mid-May through mid-September.

Here are some of the positions that are often available:

Admission/Cashiers:

Members of the admission team work at the front end greeting guest, performing daily and season pass sales, these positions have a high degree of customer interaction, admission staff must be friendly and personable. Previous customer service and cash handling skills preferred. MUST be 15 years old!

Retail/ Cashiers:

Cashiers are needed for the gift shop. Previous cash handling and retail experience are helpful. Strong math skills are needed. These positions have a high degree of customer interaction. They must maintain a friendly attitude while working quickly and efficiently. MUST be at least 15! MUST be food handler certified.

EMT´s:

First Aid Team members respond to and assist with any injuries and other medical occurrences. Applicants must hold the EMT Basic Certification, Lifeguard Certification preferred. MUST be at least 18!

Food and Beverage/Cashier:

Positions include cooks, food preparation, servers, and cashiers. Serving guest appetizing food efficiently is a must for all food staff. These positions have a high degree of customer interaction. Food and beverage staff will be serving food they have prepared as well as working on cash registers. They must maintain a friendly attitude while working quickly and efficiently. MUST be at least 15! MUST be food handler certified.

Ride Attendants:

Must be able to adhere to strict ride operation guidelines. Applicants must be able to interact with children and guests. MUST be at least 16!

Lifeguards:

The overall responsibility of a lifeguard is the safety and operation of the water park rides and attractions. Applicants must successfully complete Red Cross life guarding training. Lifeguards have the most interaction with guest and the most opportunities to ensure that guest have a safe pleasurable visit. MUST be at least 15! MUST be lifeguard certified or willing to enroll in a lifeguard certification course.

Park Services:

Park services consist of cleaning and maintenance duties. You will be responsible for overall appearance and up keep of the park, deck and dining area. These staff members will have a high degree of customer interaction and must be friendly courteous and efficient, and work well by themselves. MUST be at least 15!
